Lot Fourteen

An ongoing SA renewal project to revitalise the previous site of the Royal Adelaide hospital the "RAH". We worked on the chilled and heating water for the air conditioning system to three separate buildings that were serviced from pre-existing service tunnels left from the original build some 70 years earlier, allowing the heritage buildings to be transformed from old run down hospital administration buildings into a vibrant innovation networking sector for Adelaide up and coming great minds without altering the aesthetics of the precinct. The project was delivered using a method of offsite prefabricated modulated skid frames allowing us to build the plant rooms pipework/pump modules and interconnecting pipework off site and then transported to site for installation to meet tight time frames.
