- Uni SA HIB (Health Innovation Building) mechanical Pipe work, A 14 story medical training school with a Chilled and heating water HVAC system.
- Tonsely Park redevelopment (MAB) This involved the repurposing of the old Mitsubishi site to accommodate a TAFE SA training facility and site infrastructure to turn this unused site into a “State of the art” learning and ideas hub for South Australia.
- Adelaide Sky City Casino upgrade Mechanical pipe work. A New build of the Sky City Casino consisting of chilled and heating pipework, central plant cooling towers, chillers, boilers and associated pumps along with the installation of all new controls equipment.
